Dear Hampton Lakes Homeowners:

 

The Annual Meeting Of the Association is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Polk County Sheriff Northeast Station located at 1100 Dunson Rd. Davenport, FL 33896.

 

In Order to hold the annual meeting a quorum of the membership, 25% or 112 units, must be present in person or by proxy. Please complete and return your proxy, even if you plan to attend in person.

 

There will be an election for two (2) seats with 2-year terms.

 

Enclosed in this notice of mailing are:

• Notice of Meeting and Agenda

• Proxy: Please return no later than September 18, 2026 

• Intent to be a candidate Form-DEADLINE TO SUBMIT 5:00 PM AUGUST 31, 2026

 

The option to vote electronically using a third-party representative still remains this year. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation while saving both time and money. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to from the Hampton Lakes Of Davenport voting site. Please be sure to add this email address, hpmptonlakes@ivotehoa.com to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote. If we do not have your email address on file or you do not receive the email by September 8th (or require a paper ballot), you can still vote online. Voting online is easy and quick!

You will have three Steps.

1. Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code.

2. Register for the vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password.

3. Make your choices on the ballot and submit. When your vote is complete, you Will receive both an onscreen confirmation and an email that the vote has been recorded. The entire process takes only a few minutes.

 

There will be an option to vote in person at the annual meeting.
