From January 2024 all board and committee meetings are scheduled on a month to month basis. The date and time for board and committee meetings for the month ahead will be displayed on the Event Calendar above. All meetings are noticed by email blast and posted on the cabana community noticeboard at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

All meetings with the exception of the AGM are held exclusively online via Microsoft Teams. Board meetings and most others are recorded and you will be notified at the start of the meeting if it is being recorded. ​
