These schedules are weather dependent , no employees will be put in danger due to severe weather conditions, missed hours will be recovered if necessary utilising weekend days.
All landscaping issues on individual lots should be reported by completing an upkeep request . This enables the issue to be recorded and owners can track the progress. Homeowners should log in to the Landscaping section to locate the upkeep form . The link is also provided on the weekly landscaping update. It is important to note that only Homeowners are permitted to complete upkeep requests . Requests will not be accepted from Tenants.
